Sheila Martin died 12-13-14. Disability exemption removed for 15-16 2-5-15 Donald Harris in the office. He said the lawyer sent him in and told him to change this property into his name. We explained to him that he would need something from the lawyer such as a transfer affidavit to put this into his name. He also changed the mailing address so that he would be sure to get the tax bills for this place. We also removed hs & mortgage exemptions since no one is living in this house. |

2-12-13 The Huntington County Auditor has filed a Special Assessment Lien on this property, in the amount of $2,412.30which will be added to the Spring installment of the 12-13 Tax Bill. This charge is being removed, however, we still do not have the homestead verification form so until documents are produced to confirm principal place of residence, the homestead will not be put on this parcel. Don Harris (brother) brought in tax returns so HS put back on. Still need pink slip turned in. |
